• Share your story and experiences with staff.
• Work alongside a trainer to run sessions.
• Help staff understand how their care and support can make a real difference.

 What you need

• Lived experience of autism, learning disability, or other support needs.
• Willingness to speak to groups (we’ll support you).
• Passion for helping staff learn and improve care
